Returns Policy

Returns are accepted only in specific cases and must be requested within 7–14 days of delivery. Items must be in the same condition as received, with all accessories and packaging intact.

Returns are applicable only if:

• You received a defective or non-functional product
• You received an incorrect item

As these are refurbished devices, minor cosmetic wear (scratches, signs of use) is not considered a defect and is not eligible for return.

If the return is approved due to our error, we will arrange or cover the return shipping.

Refunds or replacements are processed after inspection of the returned item. The process typically takes 7–14 business days, depending on logistics and payment method.
