Products purchased directly from SKH Computers may be returned within 7 days of receiving the order, provided they meet the return eligibility requirements stated below.

- Proof of purchase or the original order number must be provided with the return request.

Non-Returnable Items

Defective or Incorrect Products

After verification, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, repair under the applicable policy, or a refund where eligible.
Refund Process
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.

Important Note for Refurbished Products
SKH Computers specializes in refurbished laptops and IT equipment. As refurbished products may show minor cosmetic signs of previous use, such cosmetic imperfections that do not affect functionality are not considered defects and do not qualify for returns or refunds.
